Sr Proposal Coordinator

The Sr Proposal Coordinator is a mid‑level role in market intelligence, possessing knowledge of company services and some background in sales or customer relationships. This person will coordinate and lead the preparation and submission of proposals, qualification statements, and other materials aimed at customers. They will collaborate directly with business units to support our operations and business development teams. Additionally, this individual will be instrumental in training new employees and providing guidance to other coordinators on deal structure and proposal strategy. Responsibilities Organize, plan, prepare, check, and deliver customer proposals and qualification statements utilizing company expertise and resources, directing activities of all parties involved for the Enterprise Manage schedule for preparation of proposals and qualification statements to meet customer deadlines. Develop, archive and implement consistent, professional quality materials to streamline and support proposal preparation. Maintain the status of proposals and bid evaluations and support the sales effort as necessary, including CRM updates. Work with marketing staff and support the development, maintenance, and use of presentation materials. Support proposal coordinators as needed and assist with training efforts. Interface with business group contacts (Operations and Business Development) to ensure all proposal strategy needs are being met. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, or Technical Studies Over 5 years’ experience in Marketing, technical studies or Project Management Good work ethic and excellent organizational skills Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Word, Excel and Power Point Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with shifting priorities in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment Ability to work with minimal supervision on most projects or tasks Strong interpersonal skills to influence and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel Demonstrate creative problem‑solving skills Must be detail‑oriented and have strong proofreading skills Must be willing to travel. Physical Demands Employee will be required to communicate in person, via telephone, email, use of arm/hand steadiness, manual dexterity, finger dexterity, multi limb coordination, oral expression, and comprehension. May be required to lift, carry and move objects safely. Work Environment Will work in a general office environment. Capable of operating and functioning in a fast‑paced work environment. Must possess a vision (corrected or uncorrected) that allows for clear visibility from a distance of 20 inches or less.
