Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services Full‑time opportunity Schedule & Compensation Shift: 2:30PM - 11PM Same Day Pay! Pay Rate: $38 - $60 based on experience No Frills Program for Full‑Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay. Qualifications for Nurse Supervisor Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Virginia. Valid BLS Certification (CPR) Minimum 5+ years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting and a minimum 1‑2 years experience as a nurse supervisor. Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public. Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers. Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
