Blue Cross And Blue Shield of Nebraska is seeking a Medicare Medical Director responsible for clinical oversight, quality improvement, and cost management for the Medicare population in Omaha, Nebraska. This role will lead initiatives to enhance patient care while managing costs effectively.

The ideal candidate will hold an M.D. or D.O., with at least seven years of direct clinical experience and two years in managed care, ideally within a Medicare Advantage setting. The position requires collaboration with key stakeholders to drive improvements across the Medicare demographic.
