Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska is seeking a Medicare Medical Director to oversee clinical quality and care management. The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Medicine (M.D or D.O), with at least seven years of clinical experience, and two years in managed care, particularly within a Medicare Advantage population.

This role is vital to developing strategies for improving patient satisfaction and overall health outcomes while minimizing costs. The position requires a collaborative approach with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
