About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments and Liquidity as a part of Enterprise Functions.Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.comIn this role, you will:Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across Treasury Management Consulting in partnership with relationship managers within the Corporate and Investment Bank's Industrial verticalLead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple business lines, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require advanced knowledge, inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to othersProvide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale and cross functionalLead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as peer mentorStrategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadershipRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Sales experience within the large corporate sector calling on clients with more than $2 billion in annual revenueProven success in working with Treasurers, Assistant Treasurers, Directors of AP and AR to help re-engineer client processesFamiliarity with strategies to improve working capital, the procure-to-pay and order-to-cash workflows, and advancements in the payment industryJob Expectations:This position will require up to 30% of travelThis position offers a hybrid work schedule This position is not eligible for Visa SponsorshipSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
