Senior Clinical Research Associate - CNS - Southeast/MidAtlantic (Remote)

Senior Clinical Research Associate role managing research activities at clinical trial sites across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, supporting CNS and rare disease studies. Position involves site selection, initiation visits, regulatory compliance oversight, and remote site management with regional travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage research activities and oversee compliance at participating clinical trial sites
• Conduct site identification, initiation visits, and study start-up activities including regulatory document collection
• Provide training to sites on data collection procedures and safety event reporting requirements
• Ensure informed consent protocols and regulatory adherence are maintained throughout studies
• Perform remote site management during study maintenance and conduct study closeout activities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
• 4-year university degree or nursing degree
• Central nervous system (CNS) experience required
• Rare disease experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Reside in Southeastern or Mid-Atlantic United States

Compensation: $97,000.00 - $193,000.00
