If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.Current hours needed: 1- 5 pm/ Monday through FridayBenefits:Break room is always stocked with snacks and drinksWe don't work major holidays or weekendsPTO and sick time because we all need a little work/ life balanceTeam happy hours and eventsBirthday celebrationsCalSavers retirement accountPlus more!Responsibilities:Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.Assist in social media content creation.Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.Identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.Support the Agent in an administrative/assistant role.All other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Be willing and able to obtain an insurance license within 30 days – because we believe in empowering our team with the knowledge and expertise to best serve our customers. We're offering a sign-on bonus of up to $500 after licensing completion.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable with engaging in soft sales conversations.Strong computer and typing skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourMy team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
