Part-Time ReceptionistSchedule: Sat and Sun 9 AM - 5 PM. Demonstrates the ability to multi-task, handling incoming inquiries professionally, to support residents and guests needs efficiently and welcome residents and guests hospitably. Greets all visitors to the Community in a warm and professional manner. Courteous telephone handling, non-verbal body language and proper verbiage.Maintains reception area in an organized manner. Ensures that incoming parcels, s and medication deliveries are logged properly and distributed in a timely manner. Efficiently handles requests from residents and the Marketing Department for guest room reservations. Assists residents with various other general office duties including shipping, faxing, copying, etc.Initiate and oversee Ride Share transportation requests for residents.Communicates professionally and in a timely manner with various departments to assist residents with coordination of items such as, Plant Operations and Environmental Services work requests, package deliveries, medical transportation and other such services.Qualifications:Ability to multitask, work on projects while answering phone and greeting visitors.Must display a friendly, courteous and helpful attitude toward the residents and the public.Excellent customer service skillsAbility to communicate effectively in English.
