HVAC Service Technician

If you're an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in creating satisfied customers, we have an immediate opening for you. We're looking for someone skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and servicing residential HVAC equipment.

This is a customer-facing role where you'll meet homeowners, perform repairs or maintenance, and discuss recommended solutions. You'll succeed here by delivering a world-class customer experience and genuinely caring about each client's comfort.

What You'll Do

• Deliver World-Class Service: Provide an excellent experience and maintain customer trust while working in their home.
• Troubleshoot & Service Equipment: Understand customer concerns, diagnose issues accurately, and complete repairs or maintenance correctly the first time.
• Advise on Improvements: Recommend upgrades, IAQ solutions, or service plans that enhance comfort and system performance.

Job Requirements

• Residential HVAC experience (2 years preferred, not required)
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (verified prior to offer)
• EPA & Mech 1 required; 06A preferred
• Ability to lift 60 lbs
• Strong communication skills
• Abily to maintain a professional appearance (uniforms provided and laundered)
• Ability to pass a background check (required for home warranty referrals)

Benefits & Pay

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour , depending on experience, licensing, and continuing education.
