As a Procurement Specialist you will be responsible for stocking in cars for new, preowned and dealer trades. Essential Duties And Responsibilities May Include The Following Processes bills for vehicle purchases Posts to the general ledger vehicle purchases Verifies that payments are processed for vehicle purchases and transfers Maintains CSI at or above Company standards Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area Participates in required training Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system Follows Safeguards rules and regulations. Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values Complies with Company policies and procedures Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties. Other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Associate degree preferred (or equivalent training and experience) We value the right combination of education and hands-on experience Up to 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a business environment Billing, dealership experience or DMV experience in a fast-paced setting is a plus, but we\'re willing to train the right person Strong organizational skills are essential—you\'ll be juggling multiple priorities Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain) Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Eager to learn our dealership management system and other specialized software—we\'ll provide training! This role requires reliable attendance and flexibility Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
