About This Role The Registered Nurse in the Telemetry Float Pool at Hackensack Meridian Health provides individualized patient care based on evidence-based practices and collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Highlights Location: Neptune, NJ Facility: Jersey Shore University Medical Center Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You'll Do Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care. Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members. Administer medications using advanced bar-scanning and documentation technologies. Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically. Provide patient and family-centered education to optimize health and wellness. Participate in multi-disciplinary discharging of patients for safe transitions.
