Business Development Representative/ Internet Sales

Laramie Auto Center is growing and looking to add a motivated BDC / Internet Sales Representative to our team. This is a full-time, in-person position working onsite 5 days per week. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling inbound leads, and earning commission through performance.

Automotive experience is not required — we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Compensation & Benefits

* $3,000 - $4,500 expected monthly salary (base + commission)

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to incoming internet, phone, text, and email leads

* Schedule and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team

* Deliver a professional and welcoming first impression

* Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM

* Follow up consistently with prospective buyers

* Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

* Coordinate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants

Qualifications

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and messages

* Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented

* Professional attitude and appearance

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays

* High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred (Not Required)

* Experience in BDC, call center, inside sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service

* Automotive dealership experience
