Licensed Mental Health Therapist Geode Health is a rapidly growing national provider of outpatient mental health services. We are actively recruiting for a licensed mental health therapist in the greater Arlington/Grand Prairie area to partner with us in achieving that mission. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across a general spectrum of mental health conditions. Help clients define goals, gain insights, and provide personalized, ongoing care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for care coordination and provide crisis intervention when needed. Work Schedule Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days telehealth per week. Full‑time hours expected; schedule is self‑designed in advance. After‑hours urgent support is available to help maintain a balanced lifestyle. Qualifications Active license (LCSW, LCPC or LMFT) in the state of Illinois. Passion for high‑quality care. Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Proficiency in EMR systems and maintaining accurate electronic health records. Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities. Desire and ability to work with a broad spectrum of mental health conditions.
