What You ll Do:

• Assist neurosurgeons during preoperative and postoperative patient care
• Support surgical teams in the operating room with neurosurgical procedures
• Conduct patient assessments, document findings, and update medical records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families about procedures and recovery processes
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety, and documentation standards

What You Need:

• Valid Physician Assistant license in California
• Minimum of specify years years of experience in neurosurgery or a surgical setting
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred
