We're hiring a Scale Operator to support our production team by weighing, labeling, and documenting materials for customer orders. If you enjoy fast-paced work, staying organized, and being part of a strong team, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Weigh, label, and document materials per customer specs
- Read/interpret pick lists and production schedules
- Support quality checks and accurate record-keeping
- Prepare materials for the next shift
- Work closely with the line team and supervisor to keep production moving
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred (non-woven/textile a plus)
- Strong math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)
- Ability to read instructions and use basic production software
- Problem-solver with great communication and teamwork skills
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced industrial environment
