This position reports directly to the Sr. Leader and works closely with a highly collaborative team of professionals. The role requires daily interaction with members of the Retail Operations Department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A positive, can-do attitude and a good sense of humor are a must.Assist Recruiting Manager on all store recruiting initiatives. Recruit and evaluate seasonal job candidates nationwide in a fast-paced environment within a condensed timeframe.Fill employee manager positions by researching and contacting prospective applicants through cold calling, college employment centers, mall management, internet job posting sites, and LinkedInCreate, post, and manage postings in the applicant tracking system (Paylocity)Screen applicantsCommunicate proficiently with candidates via phone or email, discussing job requirements, company culture, and support structure to ensure clear understanding of expectations.Prepare offer letters for Key holder/Seasonal Part-Time positionsWork in a fast-paced environment, hiring over 200 positions within an 8-week periodFlexibly support deadlines and deliverablesMaintain confidentialityPossess advanced skills with Applicant Tracking Systems (Paylocity)Track expenses in Craigslist and IndeedQualifications / Basic RequirementsFlexibility and adaptability in the face of changeDetail orientationResults-drivenAccountabilityTeamwork, openly sharing and accepting knowledge and ideasRespectful actions towards othersHonesty in all work mattersAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentMust have advanced skills in Excel and WordMust have intermediate computer skills in Outlook and PowerPointAbility to quickly learn in-house databases and processesAnalytical skillsDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently, resolve conflicts, and coordinate with others on own initiativeAbility to work evenings and weekends during peak season if needed.Go!
