This role offers the opportunity for once-a-month coverage, with 3 days of 24-hour call starting Friday at 7 AM and ending Monday at 7 AM. Key Details Assignment Type: Locum Tenens Setting: Outpatient Clinic Start Date: 6/25/2026 Schedule: Once per month, Friday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM Patient Population: 0–4 patient encounters per shift Location: Paris, TX Benefits - Weekly direct deposit- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage- Supportive credentialing assistance- Lodging and mileage reimbursement- Flexible scheduling Job Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, covering from routine to complicated deliveries.- Offer prenatal care and manage both low and high-risk pregnancies.- Perform and interpret obstetric ultrasounds and other diagnostic procedures.- Carry out routine and surgical gynecological procedures, including cesarean sections and complicated deliveries. Qualifications - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology- Required certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS- Able to perform low and high-risk pregnancy management and a variety of gynecological procedures. Working Hours - On-call: Friday 7:00 AM to Monday 7:00 AM Skills - Expertise in managing low and high-risk pregnancies- Proficiency in FHR interpretation and obstetric ultrasounds- Competence in performing routine and surgical gynecological procedures- Ability to handle multiple births, breech deliveries, and perform VBACs - Skilled in repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations and laser procedures (preferred) Take this rewarding opportunity to provide vital OB/GYN care in a supportive community setting with flexibility and professional growth potential.
