Field Marketing Director

OVERVIEWThe Field Marketing Director for the Southeast Toyota account is the primary contact based in Atlanta for regional marketing and dealership consultation. This role requires substantial amounts of travel throughout the region to inform the Southeast Toyota dealers of the regional marketing plans, consult with the individual retailers on their marketing plans (online and offline) and educate the dealers on new and emerging technologies. This position requires a high level of self-motivation and innovative thinking. Successful Field Directors manage relationships at all levels, positively represent the agency and its vision to key stakeholders, inspire great work, and identify opportunities for moving the dealer, distributor and agency business forward.RESPONSIBILITIESEffectively communicate new ideas and emerging technology to the agency, client and dealersEnsure the agency’s work is a reflection of our integrated expertise and is executed to the highest level of qualityEnsure all initiatives support overall brand strategy for the dealerships; helps create and define a 360 marketing approach to be communicated through creative, media plans, etc. with little oversightFoster and manage collaborative relationships, maintaining contact and building rapport with various departments, clients, partners and vendorsAnticipate and resolve internal team and client issues as they are identified and utilize the support of the leadership team as neededCollaborate with agency team to develop and deliver effective presentationsEvaluate creative based on strategy/Client needsEstablish Client’s confidence by knowing the objective and status of every Client related activity, even those that have been delegatedSet clear goals and expectations, deliver on promises, and maintain a commitment to doing the right thing for the agency and client at all timesAbility to organize complex information in a way that’s digestible and impactfulAbility to think on your feet when presented with obstacles to initial planUnderstand and self-educate on various disciplines to provide thoughtful insight and analysisIdentify account growth opportunitiesBecome expert on clients’ business and maintain strong knowledge of category and emerging trends and technology by staying three steps ahead.Present and consult on local strategy and recommendations clearly while assessing the needs of the audience.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degreeAt least 5-8 years of regional and/or retail automotive marketing experienceAbility to manage multiple projects and workload while traveling 3-4 days per weekProven experience with Google Analytics and ROI measurementStrong understanding of digital marketing landscapeFunctional knowledge of web analytics, attribution, and CRMSuperb written and verbal communication skillsExpertise in traditional and emerging channels to effectively educate the dealersAbility to inspire confidence and growth in agency and client team membersActs with welcome authority when appropriate and sets positive tone for the teamStrong understanding of all agency disciplineJob SummaryRequisition Number: FIELD001501Job Category: Account ManagementSchedule: Full-Time
