Physical Therapist | Orthopedic Outpatient Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Openings: 2 Positions Available Pay: $48-$58 hourly About the Opportunity: We are seeking two motivated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join a well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic in Emeryville, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a wonderful clinic with strong staff longevity , where therapists enjoy a collaborative environment and the opportunity to treat athletic and active patients focused on performance and recovery. The clinic values quality care and provides 45-minute treatment sessions , allowing therapists the time they need to deliver personalized, effective care. What You'll Do: Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through rehabilitation exercises. Treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic and athletic patient population. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with the clinical team to support quality patient care. What We're Looking For: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program Active or eligible California Physical Therapist license Strong communication and patient care skills Interest in orthopedic and athletic rehabilitation Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay: $48–$58/hour 45-minute treatment sessions supporting quality care Supportive team with excellent staff retention and longevity Opportunity to work with athletic and active rehab patients
