POSITION SUMMARY The GTM Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and operating the technical infrastructure that powers EnableComp's account-based demand generation motion. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations and Marketing, translating buying signals, catalysts, and triggers (M&A activity, leadership changes, RCM technology contract expirations, RFP activity, hiring patterns, and other intent data) into prioritized, enriched, and routed target accounts inside HubSpot. The GTM Engineer owns the tooling, data pipelines, and workflow automation connecting Clay, HubSpot, and other GTM systems, ensuring Marketing and Sales are always working the highest-propensity accounts with accurate, enriched data and minimal manual effort. #J-18808-Ljbffr EnableComp
