Product Manager, Commercial Accessories - Morrisville, NC

About the Position In this role you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of Commercial Accessories. Leading cross‑functional teams, you will collaborate across our WW Business Unit to achieve time, cost, product feature, and innovation objectives. This position has a hybrid schedule based out of Morrisville, NC with 3 onsite and 2 remote days per week. Key Responsibilities Drive end‑to‑end product management execution from concept phase to plan, development, worldwide product launch, sustaining, and product end‑of‑life. Represent NA Accessories Geo in collaboration with WW Business Unit to achieve time, cost, product feature, and innovation objectives. Create product disclosure and competitive analysis report to support successful product launches. Support GTM and Demand Generation planning and activities. Identify key business and industry trends in the PC Options and Attach space. Provide timely product communications to cross‑functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Worldwide Product Marketing. Scan competitive landscape; analyze market data to support category financial objectives. Stay up to date with relevant technology trends and product roadmaps. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager working with commercial electronics and accessories. 5+ years of Product Management experience within the PC industry. Proven track record of successful launch of Enterprise products. Preferred Qualifications 8+ years of Product Management experience within the PC industry. 8+ years of experience working in a global matrixed environment. 12+ years of experience as a Product Manager working with commercial electronics and accessories. Demonstrated cross‑collaboration experience. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers, senior management, and functional working groups. Strong time management and organizational skills. Superior communication skills both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and documentation‑oriented approach. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills: data‑driven approach desired. Strong command of project management software: MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence. Cultural competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact. PMP, Scrum certifications a plus.
