Senior Commercial Product Manager

Lead clinical marketing initiatives supporting portfolio growth, customer adoption, and market development Translate complex clinical concepts into customer-facing messaging and educational content Partner with Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, and key opinion leaders to identify evidence gaps and support evidence generation Develop clinician-focused education programs, training resources, webinars, workshops, and conference activities Collaborate with Marketing Communications on content for launches, campaigns, publications, digital media, and customer education Create clinical value propositions and messaging platforms communicating patient, provider, and economic benefits Conduct clinical and market research on unmet needs, trends, customer insights, and portfolio expansion opportunities Synthesize voice-of-customer feedback from healthcare stakeholders Develop clinical selling tools, customer presentations, objection-handling resources, and educational materials with Sales and Sales Training Support product launch planning and execution Provide clinical input into product enhancements, innovation strategies, and pipeline opportunities Participate in scientific congresses, advisory boards, customer meetings, and clinical education events Support health economic and outcomes discussions Communicate with business unit, clinical, marketing, sales, and cross-functional leadership Ensure adherence to Teleflex ethics, policies, procedures, and quality standards Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree required Clinical degree strongly preferred, such as RN, BSN, Respiratory Therapy, Paramedic, Physician Assistant, Clinical Specialist, or related healthcare field Advanced degree such as MBA, MSN, MPH, or equivalent preferred 3–5+ years of clinical experience in acute care, critical care, vascular access, emergency medicine, anesthesia, or related healthcare setting Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and techniques Strong financial and branding acumen Excellent project management and execution skills Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate evidence-based clinical practices Experience supporting clinical education, professional education, or market development initiatives Understanding of clinical evidence generation, publication strategies, and healthcare economics preferred Ability to present robust business cases Strong formal and informal communication skills Ability to collaborate across departments and teams Planning, organization, oral and written communication, project management, creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, resource management, budget management, attention to detail, ethics, and values Ability to prioritize, work proactively, manage time and projects, and meet tight timelines Willingness to travel up to 40% Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in clinical marketing initiatives, translating complex clinical concepts into effective customer-facing messaging, and developing educational programs for healthcare professionals.
