The ideal candidate will exhibit a commitment to high-quality patient care and possess the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit. Monitor the condition of patients during antepartum and post-partum stages. Utilize electronic fetal monitoring and tele monitoring technologies as required. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications Current and valid Illinois Nursing License. Epic proficiency preferred. Certification in CPR and NRP required. Experience in electronic fetal monitoring and tele monitoring is a plus. Strong background in L&D, antepartum, and post-partum care. Schedule Details Shift: 12-hour Night shifts from 1900 to 0730. Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend (Friday and Saturday night shifts). Orientation Orientation will be held for 12 hours and is considered non-billable.
