Licensed Practical Nurse - Part-time

Role Overview: This position involves providing patient care and operational support within a healthcare setting, under the supervision of a Charge Nurse, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies. Key Responsibilities Efficiently utilize supplies and staff labor hours. Assist with billing log preparation and updates. Perform assigned duties to meet patient care and operational needs. Obtain blood samples for laboratory analysis as per physician orders. Review and document patient medication profiles monthly. Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, activities, and communications in patient records. Report significant patient condition changes and equipment issues. Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education. Qualifications & Skills Current LVN/LPN license in applicable state, maintained in good standing. CPR certification within 90 days of hire. Ability to distinguish all primary colors. Previous dialysis experience preferred. Completion of approved USRC training program within 8 weeks. Proficiency in English communication and basic computer skills, with all clinical applications mastered within 90 days. Ability to organize tasks effectively and work within regulatory practice requirements.
