Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract at a long-term care facility in Utica, NY. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a supportive, team-based environment.Assignment Details:Setting: Long Term CareShift: Days – 6:30 AM to 2:30 PMSchedule: Every other weekend requiredGuaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per weekDuration: 13 weeksTravel Requirement: 75-mile radius rule (locals accepted; local rate applies)Float Requirement: Must float to all units within the same buildingFacility & Unit Details:Unit Size: 40-bed facilityPatient Populations:Med-Surg (MS)Orthopedic (Ortho)DementiaMemory CareElectronic Medical Record (EMR): PointClickCareQualifications:Active and unencumbered New York LPN licenseMinimum 1 year of recent LPN experience, preferably in long-term care or similar settingsCurrent BLS certification (AHA preferred)Ability to float to various units as neededStrong communication, assessment, and organizational skillsCompensation & Terms:Pay Structure: $40 – $42 per hour (W2)Local Rate: Applies to candidates residing within 75 miles of the facilityOvertime: Paid in accordance with state and federal regulationsGuaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week (per contract terms)
