Production Supervisor (Night Shift)

Job Overview Our Production Supervisors are essential to our plant’s success, driving operational performance by leading teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, meeting production goals, and directly impacting efficiency, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across the plant. As a Production Supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of 10 to 35 employees within one of several departments, with a primary focus of ensuring that production processes run efficiently, safely, and with a commitment to high-quality standards.
