Seasonal Fulfillment Worker

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Seasonal Fulfillment Workers to join our team for a project-based assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and preparing customer orders by hand, ensuring accuracy, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks, and a commitment to maintaining a fast-paced production environment.

Please Note:

• This is a full-time seasonal position ; part-time availability cannot be accommodated.
• Candidates must be available to work five full days per week.
• Weekend availability is required , as weekend work may be scheduled based on business needs.
• No students will be considered.
• Candidates who have worked on a Ricoh assignment within the past five years are not eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and fulfill customer orders accurately using manual processes.
• Prepare match media mailings while ensuring all materials are correctly matched and packaged.
• Meet daily production and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to use hands continuously throughout the workday.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous fulfillment, warehouse, production, or assembly experience is preferred.
• Experience with match media mailing is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a production environment that may be noisy and require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Schedule

• Full-time seasonal assignment
• Five full workdays per week required
• Weekend availability required based on production needs
• Overtime may be available depending on workload
