This position is ideal for an LVN who is passionate about providing quality end‑of‑life care and enjoys flexible scheduling. Service Areas McKinney Forney Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing visits to hospice patients in their homes or facilities Monitor patient condition and report changes to the RN Case Manager and physician Administer medications and treatments as ordered Educate patients and families on hospice care and comfort measures Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure quality patient care Support patients and families with compassion, dignity, and respect Qualifications Current and active Texas LVN license Hospice or home health experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Current CPR certification What We Offer Flexible PRN schedule Supportive team environment Meaningful work making a difference in patients’ lives #J-18808-Ljbffr Millenia Hospice
