Helping customers, leading by example, working with our food service programs and having fun is what you'll do every shift! Mentoring and training co-workers while performing daily operational duties within the store and deli are key components of the Team Lead role. This position may serve as the shift supervisor and works closely with the store manager to foster a culture of fast paced, customer focused service while keeping co-workers on task and making independent decisions as needed to achieve daily goals.

Shift

2 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Retail, food service or related experience
• Excellent people skills
