Senior Client Quality Manager- IDT

IDT, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Client Quality Manager in Coralville, Iowa to oversee quality manufacturing, testing, and product release activities for client-specific products. The role involves leading quality teams, managing customer relationships, and driving continuous improvement within a CDMO environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily management and leadership for quality functions driving excellence and performance
• Establish quality team goals aligned with customer requirements and customer-focused team objectives
• Partner with quality leadership to ensure goals are met and build culture of safety and continuous improvement
• Support customer audits, visits, and calls; develop systemic corrective actions for deviations
• Conduct proactive quality assurance and risk assessment using FMEA, HCCP, and Quality by Design

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree
• 9+ years CDMO and customer-facing quality experience in regulated/GMP environments
• Project leadership experience in quality functions
• Exposure to regulatory inspections (FDA, notified bodies, ISO) or audits
• Quality certifications preferred (ISO 9001, ASQ, or equivalent)
• Cell and gene therapy or biological manufacturing experience a plus
