Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a polished, confident, and highly motivated Public Relations Associate to join our team in Las Vegas.

In this role, you will support public relations and communication initiatives, help maintain positive relationships with clients and key contacts, assist with company messaging, and contribute to the planning and execution of outreach activities.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is organized, personable, adaptable, and comfortable representing a professional brand in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of public relations and communication strategies.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and key contacts.
• Support the preparation of company announcements, presentations, press materials, and other communications.
• Coordinate meetings, events, outreach initiatives, and public-facing activities.
• Help maintain consistent and professional brand messaging across communications.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, events, and business initiatives.
• Assist with identifying opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and company reputation.
• Maintain organized records of communications, contacts, projects, and ongoing initiatives.
• Represent Catch Vibe Voice with professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail.
