Modeling and Simulation Analyst, Senior

Responsibilities Provide M&S framework analysis support for Ground Test events, CDI activities, and Flight Test support. Perform verification of OSF and element configuration settings based on HWIL run data and documentation. Analyze integration of current and future software capabilities into OSF. Ensure event data quality and integrity through verification and validation analysis of test data. Develop and run Python tools to support M&S analysis activities. Document and communicate analysis results across interdisciplinary teams. Collaborate with analysts and engineers to ensure successful execution of test simulation campaigns. Minimum Qualifications & Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent from an accredited institution. 10+ years of demonstrated relevant experience. Experience with Modeling and Simulation Frameworks. Expertise in missile defense data analysis including trajectory, RF/EOIR signatures, environmental effects, or tactical communications. Familiarity with Python scripting language. Familiarity with Linux. Strong communication, organizational, and technical writing skills. Ability to work collaboratively with Government, Prime Contractor, and Supporting Contractor personnel. Ability to present and explain analytical information to varied audiences. Knowledge of HWIL architecture infrastructure, including truth presentation utilizing DIS or GTISS adapters. Knowledge of data analysis libraries in Python such as Pandas and NumPy. Knowledge of Network Systems Integration and Test Environment (NSITE). Knowledge of MDA Ground Test CONOPS. U.S. Citizenship with an active TS/Secret Security clearance and ability to maintain required clearance. Physical Description Employees will work in a general office/cubicle and laboratory/testing environment, using standard office equipment and various electronic testing equipment. The role may require handling equipment of various weights, use of PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and footwear, and may involve occasional travel and varied work shifts.
