Schedule:
- Start Date: January 1, 2027
- Monday Thursday (requiring 3 days per week)
- 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Practice Setting:
- Outpatient clinic only
- No inpatient responsibilities
- No patient admissions
Responsibilities:
- Hospital-based outpatient Hematology/Oncology care
- Chemotherapy program oversight/provider
- Perform Bone Marrow Biopsies (required)
- patients per day
- 1 3 new consults per week
- Hematology/Oncology-trained ARNP
- Nursing support
EMR :
- eClinicalWorks (ECW)
- Meditech
- Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology (Required)
- Residency/Fellowship completed (Required)
- BLS (Required)
- DEA (Required during credentialing)
- Oregon license preferred
- IMLC and non-licensed candidates accepted
- Must obtain Oregon license during credentia
