Quick Facts: Location: St. Anthony Hospital, 3001 Saint Anthony Way, Pendleton, OR 97801 Start Date: 08/06/2026 End Date/Duration: 9-12 months Shift: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Hours/Week: 24 hours/week (3 days) Employment Type: Locum/Contract License/Certs: Active medical license and Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology required Experience: Prior outpatient Hematology/Oncology experience required; bone marrow biopsy skills necessary Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $615-$650 (plus holiday premium of 1.5x on applicable days) Orientation Rate: Half of hourly rate after 8 hours Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements, when applicable What You'll Do: Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care at St. Anthony Hospital Perform bone marrow biopsies and consultations (1-3 per week) Manage 15-18 outpatient visits daily Support chemotherapy treatments and patient follow-ups Collaborate with support staff, including trained ARNPs and nurses Utilize ECW and Meditech EMR systems for documentation Support hospital outpatient clinic operations and patient care What You Need: Valid medical license and Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology Minimum of 2 years' outpatient Hematology/Oncology experience Proficiency with bone marrow biopsies and chemotherapy management Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: This outpatient-only role at a leading facility in Pendleton is ideal for physicians seeking a flexible schedule with meaningful patient interaction.
