About IrisAgent
IrisAgent is AI for customer support. We run on the helpdesks teams already use (Zendesk, Salesforce Service, Intercom, Freshdesk) with AI agents for chat, email, voice, and SMS, automated ticket tagging and routing, QA scoring, and support analytics. Customers like Tekion have seen about 50% chat resolution and about 5x agent productivity across 300K+ queries. We raised a $4.1M seed led by Neotribe Ventures with Engineering Capital. We are a small team with founder-led GTM.
The role
You will be the engine of our pipeline. You will research target accounts and book qualified meetings for our AE and founder with VPs and Heads of Support and CX Ops, and with engineering leaders for Iris Control, our LLM control plane ( You will work outbound across email, LinkedIn, and phone using our stack: Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with the founder, get direct coaching, and see exactly how deals get made. Do this well and there is a clear path to AE.
You will
- Research accounts and contacts and build targeted lists in Apollo and Clay
- Write and run outbound sequences in Instantly that sound like a person, not a template
- Make calls and run LinkedIn outreach to start real conversations
- Qualify interest and book meetings for the AE and founder
- Keep HubSpot clean so pipeline numbers are real
- Test messaging, track what works, and share it with the team
Must-haves
- 1+ years as an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS preferred (or a clear track record of outbound results)
- Strong writer who can make a short email land with a busy executive
- Coachable, hungry, and comfortable with daily outbound activity and rejection
- Organized and data driven
- US work authorization and overlap with Pacific business hours
Nice to have
- Experience with Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Prospected into Support, CX, or engineering buyers
- Interest in AI and how support teams work
