HIV Care Outreach RN — Reconnect & Care
FHLB Des Moines
Harborview Medical Center’s Mobile Outreach Team is seeking a Registered Nurse to reconnect and reengage clients in HIV care in Seattle’s community settings, including encampments, housing and shelters. The RN will provide onsite triage, medication management, lab draws, and injections, coordinate medical and psychosocial services, and work closely with the Max Clinic RN to cover clinic needs as available. #J-18808-Ljbffr FHLB Des Moines
