Maintenance Manager

PaperWorks, located in Town of Lysander, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the department with a focus on continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a multi-shift environment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.
