Overview We're seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a full-time Home Health role.

Position Highlights:
- Case management role for home health patients
- Direct patient scheduling = you control your start and end times
- Serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes or senior living communities

- Comfortable with traveling between patient homes (expect 20-40 minutes of driving at times)
