Job title : Senior Graphic Designer

EAC Consulting, Inc. is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Business Development Department.

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for maintaining the EAC brand presence across all platforms and materials. They will develop marketing deliverables that accurately, stylishly, and appropriately convey EAC capabilities for all departments and external clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  Business Development

• Develops graphics/art for marketing proposals, multi-media presence and internal/external brand campaigns. 
• Creates marketing presentations, infographics and visuals communicating EAC’s brand.
• Develop design deliverable, graphics and marketing materials for proposals, social media, internal/external websites, presentations, t-shirts and miscellaneous company needs that follow EAC brand guidelines.
• Create, proofread, and edit proposal text for proper grammar, spelling, comprehension and style, as needed.
• Provides input of new opportunities, current project records, client contacts, leads and other types of updates into CRM platform. 
• Maintains CRM and internal servers with updated project photos and records
• Provides Business Development coordination support as necessary. 
• Provides BD coordination support such as managing resumes, project records, subconsultant coordination, proofreading and copywriting.
• Effectively works with other departments and project managers, understanding their respective needs and creating client-facing deliverables that satisfy those needs.

Website maintenance 

• Designs, creates and modifies ADA compliant websites.
• Manages EAC websites: internal and external, including updating project, personnel and firm information as needed, designing branded graphics, maintaining posting schedule.
• Work with outsourced contractor on programming and development of the websites.
• Oversees analytic data for EAC website and social media platforms, presenting regularly with updates and implementing strategies to meet performance goals
• Analyzes and anticipates user needs to implement internal and external web site content, graphics, performance and interactivity.

Social Media

• Manages EAC’s social media posts and social media content calendar. Provides feedback on the digital analytics
• Creates social media posts

Graphics and Marketing Materials

• Coordinating updates to marketing materials such as business cards, headshots, resumes, photo library
• Continuously stays up to date on marketing and design trends, brainstorming ways to implement those ideas into the EAC brand
• Update EAC brand manual as needed
• Manage graphics folders

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Knowledge of brand management, graphic design principals, visual communication, typography, color theory, photography and marketing.
• Utilizes above knowledge to communicate and elevate the EAC brand. 
• Knowledge of how to effectively communicate EAC’s services, qualifications concepts, approaches, experience, advantages, etc. with graphics. 
• Proficient in industry standard software: 
  • Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • WordPress, Elementor, Google Analytics ,HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript for website design and management.
  • Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 3D modeling/rendering capability. (not required, but good to have)
• Written and verbal communication skills, marketing copywriting skills, time management.
• Detail oriented – pays close attention to typography, image quality and content accuracy related to internal and external collateral so that it aligns with EAC brand standards.
• Able to work effectively in an environment with multiple deadlines.
• Able to work efficiently to deliver multiple projects on time and within budget
• Able to understand, analyze, and process complex technical information and materials. 
• Able to exhibit a professional demeanor and attitude when interacting with colleagues and clients.
