Vantage Payroll Processing Support

Consultant Position

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Payroll/HCM Practice. We have a client in need of extra support to assist the client team as they go-live on ADP Vantage on 10/1/2025.

Responsibilities

Assist the Client team with Vantage payroll processing where needed.
Could be any and all aspects of the processing function.
Combination of weekly & biweekly paygroups and 3,500 Employees.
Client uses Workday for HRIS, and combination of ADP Vantage time and UKG.

Required Qualification(s)

Vantage Payroll processing Familiarity with Workday imports Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of September 1, 2025 with an initial duration through December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extending.

Level of Effort

Fulltime, 40 hours per week

Working Hours

Client located in EST.
