In this onsite leadership role, you will oversee nursing and caregiving teams, resident assessments, care plans, and medication management for assisted living and memory care residents. You will ensure regulatory compliance, high-quality documentation, and best-practice wellness programs while partnering closely with families and physicians. Guided by our faith-inspired, servant-leadership culture, you will mentor staff, support professional growth, and champion a warm, respectful community focused on honoring and enriching the lives of seniors.
