This position operates predominantly within a remote detox center, allowing for flexible interactions and services through telehealth modalities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to gather relevant information and understand their distinct needs.

• Assist clients in accessing necessary services, both telephonically and through in-person visits where applicable.

• Engage clients in meaningful and constructive activities to promote rehabilitation and recovery.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients in distress.
\n
• Establish and maintain clear communication with clients and their families to provide information and support regarding mental health and substance use issues.

• Develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with clients, outlining strategies for treatment and goals for recovery.

• Make timely referrals to other agencies and community resources, ensuring clients receive holistic care tailored to their specific needs.

• Accurately document case progress, services provided, and client outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing training and supervision sessions to stay updated with best practices in mental health and substance abuse counseling.

• Monitor and report any signs of child abuse or domestic violence encountered in the course of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
