• Valid State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC required)
• Previous school-based experience, especially with early childhood and self-contained classrooms
• Proven ability to adapt therapy methods for diverse elementary caseloads
• Comfortable working exclusively onsite; remote or virtual work is not available for this position
• Strength in building rapport with both students and school staff
• Experience in early childhood centers considered a significant advantage

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-5 students using evidence-based approaches
• Assess, evaluate, and design individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to promote student success
