Production Associates

We are currently hiring for a manufacturing environment in Matteson, Illinois. This role is ideal for dependable and detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working long shifts in a fast-paced production setting. As a Production Associate, you will support the assembly of battery and electronic components, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

Assemble battery and electronic components on production lines
Perform material handling and line feeding tasks
Support basic inventory and production flow
Conduct visual inspections and quality checks
Maintain production standards and meet daily goals
Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Communicate with supervisors and team members as needed

Requirements

Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to follow processes and SOPs
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Steel-toe boots required
Must use PPE (safety glasses, gloves)
Reliable and team-oriented

1st Shift: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM $17.00/hr (estimated)2nd Shift: 8:00 PM 8:00 AM $18.00/hr (estimated)
