Reach Truck Forklift Operator

Forklift Operator (Reach Truck) Maple Grove, MN Looking for a role where your skills truly matter? Join our client in Maple Grove, MN, and become part of a fast-paced warehouse team that keeps products moving and customers satisfied. This position is strictly for experienced Reach Truck Forklift Operators who are confident, safety focused, and able to perform in a high-volume warehouse environment. Reach truck experience is required.

Shift & Pay 2nd shift: Monday -Thursday 4:30pm 3:00AM Pay Rate $21.50hr Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Hours: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM Pay: $22.00/hour Location: Maple Grove, MN 55369

What You'll Do

Safely and efficiently operate sit down, reach, clamp, and push pull forklifts
Load, unload, move, stack, and store products in designated areas
Pick, pull, and prepare orders according to customer requirements
Verify correct product types and quantities before shipment
Transport materials between staging areas, storage locations, and trailers
Perform order picking and quality inspections
Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
Maintain accurate inventory using RF scanning equipment
Ensure proper stock rotation and inventory control
Complete pre- operation equipment inspections
Follow all safety procedures and immediately report hazards
Identify and report inventory discrepancies
Operate equipment in compliance with all safety standards and procedures

What We're Looking For

MUST have minimum of 1 year of recent reach truck forklift experience, this is required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and walk for 1012 hour shifts
Experience working in a fast paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail with basic math skills
Willingness to obtain or maintain forklift certification
