Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled MedSurg/Tele RN for a travel assignment in San Antonio, TX. This role focuses on monitoring and caring for patients in the Clinical Transition Unit (CTU) of the Methodist Hospital Stone Oak. Candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and must be adept at utilizing telemetry monitors and EKG machines.

Key Responsibilities of the MedSurg/Tele RN

• Communicate effectively with patients and team members
• Think critically and work independently
• Manage a patient ratio of 5/1
• Operate and monitor telemetry and EKG equipment
• Adhere to EMR documentation using MediTech

Requirements of the MedSurg/Tele RN

• Active RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with cardiac telemetry and Med-Surg patients preferred
