Design Tree Maintenance in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a full-time Tree Care Crew Lead to join our team. We're looking for an individual with demonstrated leadership or managerial experience. While experience as a tree foreman is a plus, it's not required. Any team lead experience is ideal!
GREAT PAY
This full-time job pays $180 to $400 per day , depending on your experience.

- Safety & Standards: Maintain equipment, enforce safety protocols, and guarantee every job meets our high standards.
- Leadership Style: Intentional, safety‑first, hands‑on, and accountable-comfortable mentoring while actively working
- Readiness: You're ready to go now. We'll provide targeted training where needed, but you arrive with a strong foundation
TREE CARE CREW LEAD REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years leading a team of employees in any industry
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
