We Focus on Change Duties/Responsibilities: Effectively communicate with customers via phone to assist them with their needs and also increase their customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service to all customers while handling their requests. Utilize a specialized computer system to gather information and notate the nature of all calls handled. Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Strong computer and typing skills. Requirements: Prolonged periods working at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to excel in an inbound call environment by meeting goals for volume of calls to be handled on a daily basis. Six months to one year related or customer service experience desired. Call center experience a plus. Position is remote with one in-office day per month. Must have access to reliable hard-wired internet and a quiet place to work High school diploma or equivalent.
