Troubleshoots,maintainsand repairs factory equipment and other industrial machinery, andbuildingand facilities. Maintains theoperation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications. Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requestsoffield personnel and clients. Locates sources of problems byobservingmechanical devices in operationand building and facilities; listeningforproblems; using precision measuring and testing instruments. Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Adjusts and calibrates equipment and machinery tooptimal specifications andperformsinstallation of equipment. Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Three (3) years ofpreviousexperience inshop machinery repair (Lathes, Mills, Drills, Pattern Burners, etc.); or relevant industry experience preferred. Basic electrical knowledgerequired. Travel Requirements:0% - 25% Work Conditions Position is based out of a branch or site location.
