Job Overview: General Radiologist / Breast Imaging

We are looking for a full-time or part-time board-eligible/board-certified radiologist to join our collaborative team of 20 semi-specialized radiologists and 3 physician assistants at our facility.

Our primary aim is to find individuals with excellent interpersonal abilities who are dedicated to delivering patient-focused care. We encourage all candidates to apply, regardless of their subspecialty experience. Our emphasis is on expanding breast imaging services, and the ideal applicant will possess fellowship training or equivalent experience in multimodal breast imaging and related procedures.

What to Expect:

• A physician-led multi-specialty medical group dedicated solely to serving Kaiser Permanente members in the Atlanta region.

• An integrated practice that fosters a stimulating and rewarding work atmosphere, with ample opportunities for interdepartmental collaboration and leadership roles.

• Focus on outpatient and urgent care imaging only; no hospital examinations. Teleradiology manages overnight coverage.

• Full-time radiologists typically work 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) each month, with compensatory weekdays off for weekend duties.

• The group averages 70 wRVUs per shift, with weekday shifts oriented towards specific modalities/subspecialties, while evening and weekend shifts are general.

• Initial compensation is fixed, transitioning to a performance-based model within 1-2 years.

• All radiologists are placed on a shareholder track.

• Opportunity to work remotely for non-patient-facing tasks, including evenings and weekends.

Essential Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree.

• Board Certified or Eligible in Radiology (ABR) with an MSK fellowship.

• Must be currently licensed or able to obtain licensure in the State of Georgia.
